4th-year students of group M-71 of the Department of Management got acquainted with modern trends in the formation and use of budgets in the controlling system in the practical activities of the production enterprise JSC “Technology”, on the example of the import department. Lecture-online on the topic: “Budgeting in the controlling system” was held on October 7, 2020, the students were addressed by the head of the import department of JSC “Technology” Lapina Julia.

During the online lecture, the following issues were considered: the need for budgeting, the advantages, and disadvantages of budgeting in the controlling system, the stage of budgeting. Yuliya told the students, on the example of her department, the steps of budget formation, what problems the department faces when drawing up the budget, proved to the students that budgeting is one of the main controlling tools in the everyday activity of a production enterprise.
