The Department of Management is continuously evolving to expand opportunities. This time, the department's teachers joined the Ukrainian Association for the Development of Management and Business Education (UARMBO) to introduce modern effective educational and management technologies in educational activities.

UARMBO is a voluntary union of educational institutions of various forms of ownership, created to meet the everyday needs of its members and the individual needs of professional development.

The main goals of UARMBO are:

• Improving the working environment of Ukrainian higher education institutions, training, and business services.
• Development of quality standards and evaluation processes that would guide educational institutions, programs, and teachers towards international standards achievement.
• Promoting the development of national and international partnerships in education and business.
• Supporting the development of bachelor's, master's programs in management, and training programs for business leaders.
