Congratulations to Roman Kotyuk, a student of spaciality “Public Management and  Administration”, on receiving a scholarship from the President of Ukraine. Roman shared his impressions and gave advice on how to get a scholarship from the President of Ukraine.

Tell us about your impressions when you received the scholarship.

When I applied, I did not expect to receive a scholarship. And even forgot about it. Of course, when I was told about the scholarship, I was surprised and happy.

What do you dream about?

I have many dreams, many goals, some will be achieved, some will not. The main ones are probably to catch all the fish in the world, buy a villa in each country, learn to fly without a plane, inhabit the Moon, Mars, and, in general, the entire galaxy. Repair all roads in the country. But apparently I want too much (Smiles)!

And such trifles as climbing Everest, becoming a world chess champion and so on.  And seriously, I would like to start a happy family, build my own house, work wherever I want, and so that I don't get bored with work, travel a lot with my family, meet old age with my beloved girl, to die "soberly and on one's feet."

Your wishes to the students of the department.

It may seem strange, but I think that education is not important (Laughs). The main thing is to build good relationships with people, use the opportunities provided (for example, exchange programs) and try to constantly develop. This is my ideal student life!
