So, you have developed a strategy, and you are already beginning to implement it. You've done great targeting, identified strengths and weaknesses, identified critical success factors, and garnered investor support. What could go wrong? And anything can go wrong. Mr. Volodymyr Lobodin, the director of the Manufactory shopping mall, told about this and about the history of its formation. Honestly about strategic development, about investments, about the payback period, about how to correctly define life goals and get out of unexpected life situations. The seminar turned into a question-and-answer conversation. We thank the graduate students for their active participation in the event, as well as students of groups majoring in "Management", "Finance, Banking and Insurance", "Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange".
