Fourth-year students majoring in Public Management and Administration within the framework of the course "Management of European Integration Processes" (Lecturer - Iuliia Myroshnychenko) attended several online events Ukraine-NATO relations and membership prospects. Co-organizers of the meetings - SumDU Research Center for Regional Security. On February 10, a series of lectures and discussions were held for students with NATO Headquarters' representatives to discuss the history of NATO's creation and the Alliance's activities through the prism of public diplomacy.
Students asked interesting questions about the organization of NATO activities and the peculiarities of the work of diplomats. Also, on February 17, students from the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management joined the briefing "Sustainability and Security: Why Ukraine Can Learn in NATO?". The discussion was devoted to NATO's activities in public diplomacy and relations with Ukraine, the regional aspects of national security and the importance of using information and communication tools and social networks for security issues.
Students have gained the practical knowledge necessary for a career path in public administration.
