March, 25 students specialties "Management" and "Public Management and Administration" attended a webinar from KSE "The role of corporate culture in transformation". The speaker was Iryna Papusha, PhD, non-executive director, board member of Ukrainian and Dutch companies, corporate governance advisor.

"The manager has two tools - strategy and corporate culture", that's how Irina's webinar started. When you look at the corporate culture of an organization, you are actually looking at the total amount of behavior of all employees. Corporate culture has a great impact on employee engagement, productivity and business growth. Depending on the goals of the company, industry and other factors, a transformation is often required that will allow you to create the desired culture.

During the webinar we talked about:

• Reasons for forming groups and how to use them to build a team.
• How is a team different from a group, an organization?
• Why do roles in a team differ from roles in a formal structure?
• How is it possible to measure the performance of a strong team?

The webinar was attended as part of the discipline "Theory of Organizations" for first-year students specialties "Management" and "Public Management and Administration" on the topic: "Corporate Culture Management" (teacher: Opanasiuk Yuliia).
