On April 6, first-year students of specialties “Management” and “Public Management and Administration” visited a webinar from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School "Changes in the Cube: Manager, Team, Society", speaker: Natalia Ulyanova, CEO & owner of the consulting company Una // Partners, Level UP platform, co-founder of the startup Re-Climate. She started her career as a lawyer at ICF Legal Service, and later, under her leadership, the company entered the TOP-50 law firms of Ukraine and the TOP-500 law firms in the world. In 2018, Natalia and her team joined the global corporation Deloitte, whereas a partner she led the practice of comprehensive business transformations. In the same year, she entered the world ranking of Best Lawyers in the categories: Corporate Law, Banking, and Finance Law.
During the meeting, three levels of change management were discussed:
• personal changes;
• changes in team management. How to build trust and teamwork to receive support in times of transformation? How to motivate and increase employee efficiency?
• Changes in society, how to promote society through partnership. The speaker spoke about the Level UP platform, which is a place of interaction between the government and the state.
