On May 6, a panel discussion of graduate students and teachers of the department with employers in the specialty "Management" took place online.
During the meeting, postgraduate students of the department Stanislav Kotenko and Anastasia Nesheva made reports on the results of their own research before defending their dissertations. Then our employers were asked to discuss the topics and content of work, to provide advice to young scientists. Industry experts took an active part in the discussion:

These specialists are constantly involved by the department to work with applicants for higher education and candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
Among the wishes, employers suggested taking into account new trends such as value-added products, value chain management, sustainable community development, change management, staff motivation and retention, and management based on new aspects of portfolio analysis.
It is necessary to note interesting recommendations of experts in the context of implementation of results of dissertation researches in practical activity of businessmen and industrialists. The words of industry experts about the expediency of attracting graduate students to work in the commercial sector were apt, given that graduates have a PhD-program in management of relevant practical skills.
