On October 21, a practice-oriented event, a lecture on “Different types of CRM-systems and their impact on management decisions, planning and control” was held at Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management. The class was conducted by Dmytro Yuriyovych Taruta, Head of the Sales Department of the leading logistics services company in Ukraine.

The event was held for 2nd year students majoring in 281 “Public Management and Administration” (educational program “Public Management and Administration”) and 073 “Management” (educational program “Management”) within the discipline “Methods of Management Decision Making” (lecturer Bondar T.V.).

The relevant and important issues of successful and effective management decisions making have been discussed within the topic of the discipline “Automation of the management decision-making process” during the event.
