Second-year students of the specialty "Public Management and Administration" study course from VUMonline "Uniform requirements (standard) to the quality of service to visitors of Administrative Services Center." as part of the discipline "Organization of administrative services"
The main aspects of the course are personal standards of quality service (communication and behavior of administrators) and consideration of non-standard situations and analysis of the quality of CNAP management. Students were able to learn from the experience of practitioners in the course - the heads of centers for administrative services, and hear the practical recommendations of a psychologist on communication and service to citizens.
As a result of the courses, students received certificates.
