Senior Lecturer of the Department of Management, Ph.D. Opanasiuk Yuliia onducted a series of training on "Self-Management" at the Warsaw Higher School of Ecology and Management during May 22-27, 2022.
Ms. Yuliia was invited to an internship under the cooperation agreement between Sumy State University and the Warsaw Higher School of Ecology and Management under the Erasmus + program. According to the academic mobility agreement, the teacher conducted a training in Self-Management for students of speciality "Design" and "Architecture".
The training was devoted to goal setting and methods of achieving them. The study aroused great interest among students and teachers.
Participation in this program gives teachers the opportunity to increase professional competencies; to improve speaking skills, in particular, professional communication in English; to establish cooperation between faculties, teachers and students.
Ms. Yuliia shared her impressions from the internship:
“As far as I've got a chance to catch a great opportunity to offer my expertise to the students of Wyższa Szkoła Ekologii i Zarządzania within Erasmus framework during 22.May-27.May 2022, let me share the feedback on my increadible experience. First of all, I am so grateful for this short-term internship to my colleagues from Poland that I can hardly express how much I appreciate your sincere support. Besides, I've absolutely enjoyed the university atmosphere and students' creative way of thinking! We've had a wonderful week practicing skills and sharing knowledge.
On top of that I was lucky enough to get acquainted with the beauty of Warsaw. I really mean it, I was impressed! An astonishing city that had been completely destroyed during World War II has no destruction traces left being completely rebuilt. And guess what? The authenticity has survived thanks to original drawings and sketches of the pre-war period, paid by the Poles by the way. I'm totally in love with the city and my unforgettable trip!”
