Associate professor of Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management Tetyana Mayboroda completed her participation at "Diplomatic Skills Masterclass" from European Diplomatic Academy which took place 18-19 and 25-16 November 2022. This was 19 edition of such Masterclass, in which took part participants from 16 countries, and where speakers and coaches are diplomats of high rank and recognized professionals of the Republic of Poland.

The agenda included seminars in diplomatic protocol and etiquette, public speaking, conflicts to watch in 2023 (where volumes of questions were devoted to terrorism and russian war against Ukraine), leadership and team management, cultural differences, and also virtual tours to OPEC (the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries), Embassy of Poland in one of the countries and WTO (World Trade Organization).
