On Friday, December 16, 2022, the final wrap-up meeting and awarding certificates of completion of the Global Virtual Class of 2022 "International Relations and Global Leadership" was held. The moderator of the meeting - Tetyana Mayboroda, associate professor of the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management, coordinator of the virtual class. Participants - students and PhD students of Sumy State University, as well as students of Bingham University, participants of the Global Class of 2022, and their coordinator - Professor Abayomi Awujola.

Participation in such virtual exchange programs allows students to:

• understand an interdisciplinary approach to challenges and issues,
• communicate with fellow students from different parts of the world, get an incredible intercultural experience,
• to determine different points of view on the development of successful business in different countries,
• to gain knowledge about international business and leadership,
• evaluate and explain the nature and features of international relations and conflicts, etc.,
• to gain invaluable experience of intercultural communication and opportunities to expand the network of acquaintances and professional interests.

 Totally, over 3 months of the project, more than 10 synchronous online sessions with speakers from the USA, Colombia, UAE, Mauritius, Ukraine, Turkey, Kosovo, as well as a number of asynchronous activities and classes took place. From the Ukrainian side it was more than 30 participants of the Global Class: third-year students majoring in "Management", students majoring in “Medicine” at Sumy State University, as well as PhD students. From other countries - more than 50 participants from the universities of the USA, Colombia, Kosovo and Nigeria. FYI, the Virtual Global Class project takes place annually as part of the COIL program (Collaborative Online International Learning) in partnership with Washington State University, the U.S. in coordination with Professor Dipra Jha.
