On October 3, 2023, students of the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management (Sumy State University) had the opportunity to get acquainted with important aspects of business management from graduate Daria Lantushenko, who successfully graduated from the "Project Management" specialty and is currently developing her own business.

Darya Lantushenko is a partner of the well-known iHerb brand and the founder of the iHerb store in the city of Sumy. She shared her success story and rich experience with students studying in the "Management" and "Public Management and Administration" specialties.

During the online meeting, Daria talked about the importance of management in modern business and shared valuable advice on developing both soft and hard skills, which are key to a successful career. She also shared her practical skills in the field of time management and revealed the secrets of successful organization of office work.

Students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from Daria, as well as learn more about communication technologies in the business environment and methods of overcoming stress in the office environment.

At the end of the meeting, Daria Lantushenko inspired students to use the opportunities offered by Sumy State University and to constantly improve their level of knowledge and skills.
