On October 10, 2023, a lecture on office management brought a special guest to our class. Hanna Stryzhak, a distinguished alumna who graduated with a degree in management and later completed her postgraduate studies in Environmental Economics and Conservation, shared her valuable insights with us.

Today, Hanna Stryzhak is the leader of a business group within the globally renowned company Mary Kay. She has built a team of over 160 consultants, showcasing her remarkable leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

During the session, Hanna generously shared her journey to success and the secrets behind her thriving business. She elaborated on the unique organizational structure and the direct sales method employed by Mary Kay. Additionally, she emphasized the significance of management functions and the pivotal role of a leader within a team. The discussion also delved into distributed leadership aspects, the importance of self-management, communication methods, and time management techniques. Students showed a high level of interest in the recommendations provided by Hanna Stryzhak.
