A career orientation meeting with 11th grade students of Lebedyn Secondary Education Institution of I-III Degrees No. 7 was held on 22.05.2026 by Vladyslav Maksymenko, a postgraduate student of the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management.
During the meeting, the students, together with a representative of the department, discussed important issues of professional self-determination: who is a manager, what tasks he performs, what qualities and skills a modern manager should have, in which areas a management specialist can work, and how to build their own educational trajectory for a future career.
Special attention was paid to the opportunities for studying at the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management at SumDU, educational programs, features of student life, international opportunities, and employment prospects after graduation.
The event was held in a friendly and open atmosphere. Students asked questions, expressed their own opinions about their future professional choices, and received useful recommendations for entering and studying at the university.
Such meetings are an important component of the department’s career guidance activities, as they help young people better understand their own interests, evaluate educational opportunities, and make a more informed choice of their future profession.
