In May 2024, the team of the Jean Monnet Module EU4SmartED held the final series of course presentations on European energy studies. These were the last official presentations within the framework of the three-year project, although the courses themselves will continue to be offered on a regular basis throughout the current academic year.
The events were attended by 130 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in study programs such as Administrative Management, Management, Medicine, and Project Management. The gender distribution was balanced: 56% women and 44% men.
Student interest in the courses was distributed as follows:
- “European integration and cooperation in energetics” – 41 participants (23 women, 18 men).
- “EU Project Management” – the largest group with 46 participants (26 women, 20 men).
- “EU Smart Energy: Information technologies dimension” – 43 participants (24 women, 19 men).
Over the course of three years, the course presentations were attended by a total of 379 participants, demonstrating consistent interest in European energy topics.
Following the official completion of the module’s implementation period, the courses will remain available upon request to interested individuals both within and outside the university, provided that appropriate student groups are formed.
