Has 12 years of experience in teaching management disciplines. Serves as Deputy Head of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky for educational and methodological work and coordinates the development and improvement of educational programs at the department in accordance with higher education standards in the specialties Management and Public Administration and Management at various levels of study.

Has more than 60 scientific publications, is a co-author of 8 collective monographs, 7 articles in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases, 10 methodological works, and 10 author’s certificates.
