The second semester of training for applicants of the DS.mz – 41 group (specialty “Public Management and Administration” under the educational and professional program “Public Service”) has begun. Thus, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, as part of a lecture on the discipline “Regional Management”, applicants got acquainted not only with the theoretical foundations of territorial development, but also studied the features of the practical implementation of the formation and development of territorial communities.
It was precisely such features and practical experience that Boychenko Oleksiy Oleksandrovych – Deputy Chairman of the Konotop District Council of the Sumy region shared. In particular, within the framework of the topic “Organizational Forms of Territorial Administration”, a number of issues were considered regarding the formation of united territorial communities (UTCs), analysis of the features of the functioning of ATCs in modern conditions, determination of the prospects for the development of ATCs, etc. Many interesting and practically justified issues were considered within the framework of the topic. The lecture was held online during the absence of air alert.
