The global virtual class "International Business and Leadership" continues. Thanks to the class, students can communicate with extraordinary individuals, millionaires and professionals in their field. So, on March 25, the session was joined by the Contributor of "Net Effects Podcast", "Net Effect Ventures" and Zen Nest retreat in South Utah, Devoted to ESG, CIO Les Ottolenghi.
Students learned about the role of technology in the globalization, saw how IT contributes to international cooperation and personal development. Les believes that technology will solve some of the world's greatest challenges and can help humanity rediscover its best instincts and behaviors. Students also learned how to start a hotel business most efficiently at the lowest cost.
On March 23-24, 2021 associate professor Denys Smolennikov joined the event "BUP Reunion" of the Baltic University Program. It took place online via Zoom and unite participants form previous educational projects of the program in 2017-2020.
Participants had the opportunity to meet online, chat in small groups, take part in a design thinking workshop, share ideas and successes of their change projects, which they implemented in their universities.
Denys Smolennikov was a participant in the internship program for teachers "Education for Sustainable Development", which took place in 2017-2018 at the University of Abo University (Turku, Finland) with two face-to-face seminars at Kaunas University of Technology (Kaunas, Lithuania) and Riga Technical University (Riga, Latvia).

The speaker was Iryna Papusha, PhD, non-executive director, board member of Ukrainian and Dutch companies, corporate governance advisor.
"The manager has two tools - strategy and corporate culture", that's how Irina's webinar started. When you look at the corporate culture of an organization, you are actually looking at the total amount of behavior of all employees. Corporate culture has a great impact on employee engagement, productivity and business growth. Depending on the goals of the company, industry and other factors, a transformation is often required that will allow you to create the desired culture.

The Virtual Program “Excellence in Teaching & Research” went on with the presentation of Professor Dpra Jha from Washington State University, Associate Professor Hanna Shvindina and Associate Professor All Krasulia, our colleagues from Sumy State University. The event was diverse, full of useful information in a sphere of online learning and digitalization of education, the insights and ideas about sharing knowledge were enriched by the insigts from the student’s side. The students from management studies, Mohamed Ali Abida and Ahmed Bezina were participants at the previous sessions with Professor Jha and Professor Shvindina and they share their experience on being enrolled in such a training.
