Within Global Virtual Class “International Business & Leadership” Professor Erdogan Koç from Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi shared his knowledge on "Influence of Culture on Customers".
Head of the the department, Dr. Shvindina hosted the session in cooperation with Professor Mesut Çiçek from Washington State University.
Amazing session within Global Virtual Class brought new light to many phenomena in a sphere of marketing and management related to organizational behaviour, international relations, hospitality in global aspects.

This Wednesday 10th of March, the regular meetings within Virtual Program "Excellence in Teaching & Research" went on with the amazing seminar delivered by Dr. Kristen Malek.
Dr. Kristin Malek, or Doctor Key as she is known among her students, is Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is an expert in online learning and engaging strategies in learning. This seminar “Learning Engagement Strategies” brought many insights and ideas to the lives of Ph.D. students and educators. The enthusiasm of the lecturer became a source of motivation for the attendees, encouraged them to proceed with the search for the best practices in teaching, especially in the era of online learning!

On March 3, 2020, a training on international academic mobility was held for first-year students majoring in Management and Public Administration. Invited speaker - Deputy Head of the Department for International Affairs, a PhD student of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky, project manager of the NGO "Center for Adult Education" in Sumy city - Kotenko Stanislav Igorovich.
He spoke about current international academic mobility programs, international summer schools and workshops for students. The meeting was held in a dialogue mode. Participants received a lot of helpful information about the specifics of applying for a grant, writing a cover letter and CV, as well as the use of international mobility in the learning process.

On February 9-13, Mishenina Halyna, Associate Professor of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky took part in the VI All-Ukrainian Conference "Uni-Biz Bridge - 6" on cooperation between business and universities. The conference was devoted to the problems and prospects of online learning in international companies, the competencies for the future, methods of finding motivation for themselves and the team / students, etc. There was also a panel discussion on the impact of online learning on education, the future of universities after quarantine.
The conference included training webinars from companies-employers aimed at improving the quality of online education. In particular, representatives of METRO, Philip Morris, JTI, Jooble, Rife shared their real experience at this year's event. After the conference, participants passed a test, providing them a chance to receive certificate. But the most valuable thing is that the tools and techniques offered by the speakers can now be used in the educational process for our students.
