Greetings! My name is Olha. I am a student of Sumy State University. I am currently studying at the University of Almeria (Spain) under the Erasmus+ academic mobility program. I always follow the rules "While you are a student, you have to try everything," so I'm probably here. I chose the Erasmus + program because it is quite popular at the University and many of my friends who were abroad recommended it. This year, 800 students from all over the world and continents came to the University of Almeria to study. This is a great chance to find new friends from all over the world and get 800 Instagram followers.
The program allows 5 months to live in another country, to study culture and language, to receive a scholarship, which is enough for accommodation, travel, delicious food. By the way, there are many international discounts for Erasmus+ students. At the university you can choose the disciplines you like, one lesson lasts 2 hours. The teaching is interesting and up-to-date, and in practice, we take on exciting tasks. I think it's a great experience for my future. What is required to pass the competition and the stage of admission to the university? Great desire, English and good grades are what you need. I am sure that studying abroad is worth it.

On October 24, 2019, the training within second stage of Erasmus+ project “Expanding Opportunities for Youth Employment” was held. The participants of training were the students of group ПУ-71 (specialty “Public Management and Administration”) of the Department of Management of Oleg Balatskyi Academic and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management. The training was dedicated to the expanding opportunities and support of young people by coaching tools that can help to build their career by revealing their personal potential, strong sides (advantages, knowledge, skills) that can meet the requirements of modern labour market and employers as well.
Students had the opportunity to define long-term goals that can affect sustainable personal development and help them to become successful leaders or professionals after graduation. During training, the students explored what steps they need to take to achieve the goal, to look from different perspectives on the life experience, which they get while studying by chosen specialty.
The training was carried out by Maria Lytvynenko (ICF certified coach, manager of initiative group “Your personal resources”, public activist) and Olha Barabash (specialist of Academic Department for Practical Training and Network with Employers of SSU).

The presentation of students of Management education program took place within Global Virtual Class. The presentation was devoted to the hospitality in Ukraine and Sumy as a tourism destination. 7 countries and 10 universities participated in the project, and now there are more people acknowledged about Sumy. The presentation made a good impression for our colleagues from other countries.
The presentation became possible due to the initiative of Professor Dipra Jha (Nevraska University) and support of our colleagues, Shvindina Hanna, Vakulenko Ihor, Smolennikov Denis. Assistant Ihor Vakulenko took part in the 11th Central and Eastern European Sustainable Energy Forum, which took place on October 16, 2019 in Kiev. At the Annual Forum, Investors, Authorities and Business Representatives discussed problems and prospects for creating Europe's future green energy system, including "legal and financial issues in renewable energy and energy efficiency distributed energy generation, new technologies for the energy sector. " The forum was attended by about 80 speakers, including managers of leading international and domestic energy companies, representatives of central government and relevant government agencies, senior management of international investment funds.
