On November 21, 2019, during a trip to Kiev, after a busy day at the OLX office, students of the department of management and teachers of Mishenina Galyna, Kubatko Viktroria visited the Ukraine WOW interactive exhibition.
Ukraine WOW is 3900 sq.m. of installations and interactive works dedicated to all the best in Ukraine, where you can see unique exhibits collected from all over Ukraine - from the last self-portrait of Kazimir Malevich to the sculptures of Alexander Arkhipenko, or to voice cartoons about prominent Ukrainians and see what they are. And there was the opportunity to admire the scenery, to feel the smell of steppes and hear the noise of the sea. The amber wall of 100 kg and the installation of brilliant anthracite to the tunnel of love built in the exhibition space amazed all. Mazanka, with Polina Rayko's works and the pink wagon in which dreams sound, evoked vivid emotions. Indeed, virtual reality was unforgettable and extraordinary, in which it is possible to fly over the Motherland and walk in the restored Nevitsky.

Thematic event - a visit to OLX Ukraine, Kyiv, was organized for students of the specialties “Organization Management” and “Public Management” November 21, 2019 within the framework of the program of development of practical-oriented training by teachers of the Department of Management Mishenina Galyna and Kubatko Viktoria.
The visit began with a tour of a large and modern office, organized on the principle of open-space and containing all elements of an ergonomically oriented organization of space: from comfortable and creative workplace conditions - to food and recreation areas. Students were able to get acquainted with the features of B2B Unit OLX (work with business clients of the platform), ask thematic questions and enjoy coffee with sweets at one of the food zones. Afterwards, SSU representatives met with the OLX team at a panel discussion to learn about the features of the business, the principles of responsible business conduct and the corporate culture of the leader company.

The Council includes well-known by their reputation and achievements businessmen ad entrepreneurs of the city, such as Gritsenko Serhiy – the director of Ltd “Jet Sale Service”, Nyhailik Vyacheslav, the private entrepreneur, Ustimenko Vladislav, the leading specialist in project management and programs in production of Ltd “Dominion Business Park”, Onischebko Vitaliy, the leading specialist in project management and programs at Ltd “Budivnytstvo & Remont”, Taruta Dmytro, the head of the department of Nothern-Eastern Region of Ltd “Nova Poshta” and Chugai Marina, the manager of the restaurant “The Mix”. It was a a pleasure to have Sydorenko Oleg, the CEO of the Federation of Employers of Sumy Oblast among the experts.

This event took place within the framework of Expert Employers Council on Public Management and Administration”.
