During the meeting held on December 5, 2025, the students of Grade 10-A of Sumy Specialized Secondary School I–III No. 29 learned from PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management, Svitlana Mykolaivna Rybalchenko, about the opportunities of studying at the Department of Management, the prospects of obtaining a degree in “Management,” and the advantages offered to students of Sumy State University. Special attention was given to discussing current educational programs, practical training, opportunities for international internships, and the development of skills necessary for a successful career in today’s labor market.
Ms. Svitlana emphasized that choosing a future specialty is one of the most important decisions in life, as it determines professional development, well-being, and satisfaction with one’s chosen activity. She encouraged the students to approach this step responsibly, taking into account their abilities, interests, and values.
