One of the topics in “Management” was devoted to emotional intellect. Because of Daniel Goleman’s book, this concept conquered the dominance in management literature and leadership studies. It’s well known that high emotional intelligence is the precondition of the successful negotiations, sales transactions or project pitching. And one of the practical implementations of that soft skills is sales. That’s why the meeting with Mr Artem Knyazev, trainer at LLC Globalbilgi, was dedicated to sales for the beginners and emotions management. Mr Knyazev has an experience in sales since 2014 and now he trains salesmen at his company.
Mr Knyazev shared his experience of successful sales, management and structuring operations in sales, self-control, self-motivation and emotions control. This theme took place within the course “Management” (Lecturer: Dr Shvindina Hanna) for the first-year students of specialities “Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities”, “Marketing”, “Banking Business”, “Economic Cybernetics”, “International economic relations”, “Accounting and audit”, “Public and local finances”. Around 70 students of economic specialities took part in the meeting.
Mr Artem Knyazev provided additional webinar particularly for the students in “Management” and “Public Administration”. The webinar was devoted to “Direct sales for Beginners” and it was managed within the projects of NGO “Lifelong Learning Center” and supported by DVV International in Ukraine. This webinar covered the types of sales, types of clients and the basics of promotion for the product/service. This is the knowledge that is crucial nowadays for all SMEs and entrepreneurs.
