Introducing our student David Hviniashvili, Project Manager Ukrainian network of restaurants and owner of marketing agency "40000".
He has a different experience from the professional athlete to the public figure. He likes to create, to talk about important things and share the experiences of others.
After studying online marketing, I wanted to share my emotions with a "live" person, not a laptop (Smiles).
I met a friend who works in this field, started a conversation about one of the agencies in Ukraine. And, we decided that we wanted to create our own agency.
Thus began the path of "regular coincidences"
My team and I are inspired by our city - we love it. Each of us has made his efforts in the development of business, marketing, political and social activities of Sumy. We plan to change the attitude to Sumy as a modern community through the development of local business. That is why "40,000"
Our team creates brands. We create companies together with the owners and help them grow. If a company already exists, we try to improve the business using all marketing tools. In short check-list:

I am concerned with the strategic vision of the brand and help in the development of naming. This is a multi-stage process. It needs a lot of work not with hands, but with the head. Here the most important thing is to "be in trend" with new chips and develop comprehensively, creative is born in the head with the help of thousands of points that converge into one.
Important remark: we have no "Chief" or any other manager. The team consists of four people with experience of 4-5 years in a particular area. Team development decisions are made in the presence of all and each thought is the most important. Of course, the final decisions are not easy, each of us has a vision and align the four world - not an easy job.
Partly, yes. But this is the tip of the iceberg. Much of marketing is about statistics and analytics. It takes a lot of time on a laptop to search for information and analyze it. You can't just sit down and create something according to plan: sometimes it's a party and fun, sometimes concentration and seriousness of thought. The main thing is to know where to look for ideas and how to put them into practice.
Courage and persuasiveness. A small part of the business is ready to experiment on their business and create something new. Courage and persuasiveness. Very few entrepreneurs are ready to experiment with their business and create something new. In most cases, this is a copypaste of competitors - others have, and I will. It is difficult to take risks, because it is something unusual, going beyond.
Probably, it is better to express "knowledge gained with the help of the university", because the university is acquaintances, communication, exchange of ideas and creation of new. I study at SSU for only a year, but during this time I managed to learn a lot.
All people are people. There will always be conflicts, misunderstandings and differences of opinion. It should not only see problems and criticize everything around, but to make a constructive, to look for a solution. It is important to be flexible and see problems from ten sides, instead of one.
If you study full-time, without an individual schedule - it is very difficult. But to be able to combine these things and find time for everything - talent (work on himself), planning and balancing forces. Especially if you are interested in other topics, which also takes time. And in the creative industry without it in any way
Any activity or inactivity (!) leads to the result. You can call this links into space, luck or fate, but any action finds a new branch development. Is this training? A new acquaintance? Or read a paragraph of the book? Everything can lead to new knowledge and experience. If you do not know who you want to be in the future, what to do and why to dedicate your life - look at what surrounds you: maybe you will find the answer to this question. If not - do most of what you like.
