On November 18, a practice-oriented lesson was held with the co-founder of the FEEL FINE and DN Service brands Olha Finkilshtein. She visited 4th year students (M-71 group) Management specialty to share useful tips on using the knowledge gained at the university in their career development.
Olha Finkilshtein is a alumnus of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatskyi. She graduated from graduate school with a degree in "Mechanisms of Public Administration" at the department. She is actively developing and making the FEEL FINE and DN Service brands successful today.
DN Service car service was recognized as the best multi-brand car service of Sumy region in 2018 according to ab.ua. In 2020, together with 6 car services of Ukraine, it claims the title of the best car service in Ukraine - 2020. On June 8, 2019, it organized in Sumy the largest autoquest in Ukraine, which is included in the Book of Records of Ukraine.
FEEL FINE brand - produces cosmetic products for beauty masters and sells them throughout Ukraine.
On the example of these brands Olha Finkilshtein considered the peculiarities of the application of management functions in real life. Particular attention was paid to the communication processes and skills that a true manager must possess. Olha Finkilshtein also advised useful literature for self-development and self-motivation.
Some of the students were even given the opportunity to work in practice at DN Service.
