During November 2018 students of our institute participated in a competition devoted to the Sustainable Development Goals. The main task was to write a short essay on one of the topics: 1) "Development of technologies as a main component of future technological progress"; 2) "Global climate change: threats to humanity and possible ways to minimize problems"; 3) "Responsible consumption of resources for economic growth and sustainable development of society."

The most interesting topic for the students of our institute was the last one. And Eugenia Kripak (group PE-61), Malyonkina Inna (group PU-71) and Pavlenko Daria (group M-51) celebrated  the victory in this topic of the contest. Yulia Opanasiuk, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Management led the work of the students. All winners were invited to participate in the Regional Forum "Sustainable Development Days in Sumy Oblast" and there they received certificates and valuable gifts from the United Nations Development Program.
