The slogan of Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management is "Learn from the best!". And when you study with interest and innovations, your motivation grows. Our teachers are continually improving the learning process to make it challenging, convenient, and informative for students. The best ideas and their authors are awarded within the competition "Pedagogical Innovations of Sumy State University".

This year 83 participants took part in the competition "Pedagogical Innovations of Sumy State University ", two of them were won by our department.

• Valenkevich L.P, Shvindinа Н.O. and Opanasіuk Yu.A. with the second place for joint Project “Schools of Future Leaders " in the nomination "Career guidance".
