Some students majoring in "Management" presented their scientific and practical recommendations during the defense of qualifying papers on June 22, 2021. Most of the works were devoted to personnel management: from optimizing the motivational component in enterprises to improving the personnel management system. During the undergraduate practice, students had the opportunity to justify and offer their recommendations for improving the work of enterprises and organizations.
