On Friday, May 6, 2022, Dr. Tetyana Mayboroda, senior lecturer of the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management, deputy director of BiEM Institute attended as the key speaker the 2022 International Studies Days, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, the U.S. She took part in the conference upon the invitation by Sorin Nastasia, professor at the Department of Applied Communication Studies and Director International Studies Program of the American University.

Dr. Tetyana presented a topic “Continuing Academic Practices Virtually during the Challenging Times of the Ukraine War” where she addressed the questions of the University’s activity and e-learning technologies used in study process before the war, the situation in Sumy city and the University when the war started and the current situation after SumDU resumed educational process in online\asynchronous mode. For the students of Illinois University, there was stream on Facebook.
