On May 10, 2022, Inna Balahurovska, a second-year graduate student of the specialty 073 "Management", held an open lecture on the subject "Management" for first-year students of economic specialties within the pedagogical practice of graduate students. The lecturer led the study, the head of the department, Doctor of Economics, Professor Igor Rekunenko. During the lecture, the topic "Socio-psychological management methods" was considered. The content of the lecture material was questions related to the essence of socio-psychological methods of management, personality traits, types and characteristics of temperament, and psychological climate in the team.

The PhD student selected interesting material that allowed the use of various teaching methods, namely stories, explanations, comments, conversations. During the lecture, students asked questions to which the lecturer received comprehensive answers.

The class was conducted at a high educational and methodological level and received positive feedback from students and the head of the department. It is necessary to note the wide erudition of Inna Balahurovska, the ability to focus the listeners on the main points of the lecture material, to create a creative and working atmosphere.
