Associate Professor of the O. Balatskyi Department of Management Yulia Opanasyuk, and postgraduate student Inna Balagurovska have completed an international online professional development program for higher education instructors. The program, held from August to October 2023, was titled "The Power of Social Networks in the Professional Development of University Instructors: Personal Branding, Tools for Educational Products, Promotion of Sustainable Development Values."
The program was organized by the Zofia Zamenhof Foundation (Poland) and Kyiv Business School / MBA in Ukraine (Ukraine), providing a fruitful platform for the exchange of knowledge and skills in the field of social networks and educational development.
This event took place within the framework of the international project "COMSUS. Development of sustainable communication space of higher education institutions in social media" as part of the Erasmus+ program (Project nº 2022-1-PL01-KA220-HED-000090164).
With the joint efforts of participants from Poland, Ukraine, Germany, Turkey, and Portugal, strategies were studied and implemented to enhance the efficiency of communication in social networks
