On November 30, the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management held the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Management Paradigms of Sustainable Development and Inclusive Economic Growth." As part of the event, scientists had the opportunity to discuss current and debatable issues of modern management science. The topics of the conference covered such areas as management of organizations, public management and administration, organization and management in health care, environmental management and economics of nature use, as well as project management.
The head of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky, Ihor Rekunenko, made a welcome speech. at. Oleksiy Lyulyov, Director of BiEM, Tetyan Maiborod, Senior Lecturer of Oleg Balatsky Department of Management, and Chetin Bektash, Professor of Gaziosmanpasha University (Turkey).
Among the speakers of the conference were researchers, teachers, graduate students and students of higher education institutions of Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, etc. The reports of the teachers of the department, in particular Olena Pavlenko, Tetiana Bondar, Yulia Myroshnychenko and graduate student Inna Balagurovska, were also thorough and relevant.
The collection of theses of the conference included more than 120 works of scientists from more than 35 institutions of Ukraine and Europe (Slovak Republic, Great Britain, Lithuania and Poland).
