On April 11, as part of the course “Career Management and Time Management,” students of all specialties at the Educational and Research Institute of Business, Innovation and Economic Management (ERI BIEM) had the opportunity to engage with motivational coach and practical psychologist Vita Lisova — a partner of the TM brand.
Ms. Vita shared her practical experience as a coach, spoke about the barriers professionals in this field face, and discussed the most common client requests.
In the format of mini-lectures from training programs, she covered important topics such as:
- “Fears and How to Overcome Them,”
- “Self-Development as the Foundation for Career Growth.”
Students also actively participated in discussions on:
- “Why It Is Important to Maintain Focus,”
- “How Not to Fear Competition and Avoid Comparing Yourself to Others,”
- “How to Develop Positive Thinking.”
