On April 9 and 16, 2025, as part of the course “Contemporary Trends in Management Research” (taught by Doctor of Economics, Professor I.I. Rekunenko), first-year postgraduate students attended guest lectures delivered by Professor Timur Uman from Jönköping International Business School, Jönköping University (Sweden).
The topics of the discussions were: “Publishing and Research Advancement Strategies” and “Modern Trends in Management.”
During the first session, the students learned about the role of academic publishing in a research career, the main requirements for early-career researchers in Sweden, which journals to target for publication, the peer-review process, and more. The second session focused on academic works dedicated to current trends in management.
The students expressed their gratitude to the guest speaker for his engaging and valuable insights regarding their future research and academic careers.
