Career orientation meeting was held on 22.05.2026 with students of the 11th grade of Lebedyn Secondary Education Institution of I-III Degrees No. 6. The meeting was conducted by Vladislav Maksymenko, a graduate student of the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management.
During the meeting with senior students, issues related to choosing a future profession and building their own educational trajectory were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the profession of manager: students learned what role a management specialist plays, what tasks he performs, what skills and personal qualities are important for successful work, as well as in which industries graduates of the Management specialty can realize themselves.
The representative of the department also introduced the students to the opportunities for studying at the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management at Sumdu. Current educational programs, features of practical training, advantages of student life, international opportunities and prospects for future employment were considered.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of open communication. Eleventh-graders actively asked questions, shared their own plans for admission and future profession, and received practical advice on studying at the university and further professional development.
