The Third Training Module of the GAAP International Project in the Republic of Moldova Has Officially Concluded!

Five days of intensive work, new connections, professional discussions, practical case studies, and international experience exchange – this is how the third training module of the project Good Governance and Accountability in Public Administration (GAAP), implemented with the support of the Swedish Institute (SI), came to an end.

The final days of the programme focused on topics that are essential for modern governance and international project implementation. Professor Timur Uman provided updates on project activities and shared current approaches to strengthening international cooperation. Anastasiia Niesheva, Teaching Assistant at the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management, delivered the lecture The Art of Grant Writing: Designing Winning Proposals and Avoiding Common Pitfalls, where participants explored how to develop strong grant applications, avoid common mistakes, and transform ideas into successful projects.

The programme concluded with Professor Andrei Mulic’s lecture “Purchasing in Public Context / Project Presentation, dedicated to contemporary approaches to public procurement and the presentation of project outcomes.

And, of course, the most memorable and inspiring moment was the certificate award ceremony for all participants.

The module was not only about learning and professional development but also about inspiration, building new partnerships, fostering intercultural dialogue, and developing a shared vision of modern public governance.
