image7From 8 May to 19 May 2023, teachers of the O. Balatsky Department of Management Kostyantyn Kyrychenko and Tetyana Mayboroda, together with other representatives of Sumy State University, attended a Professional Development Programme at Bath Spa University, UK, as part of the KA107 Mobility Programme founded by Erasmus+.
Exchange of experience, professional development, new opportunities for joint research, completion of old projects and preparation of new ones - the programme was intensive and fruitful. The cohort of participants of the mobility programme was also represented by faculties from the University of Namibia, the University of Malawi, and Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. 

119.05.23 Ph.D.  Rybalchenko Svitlana visited the students of the 11th grade Borys Grinchenko Nizhnysyrovat Lyceum.

They talked about the importance and conscious choice of a specialty and its relevance in the future, as well as about the specialties of the O. Balatsky management department.

Each department shared its achievements. Entrants had a great opportunity to find new friends, spend a great time in the circle of representatives of the faculties in which they are interested.
The Oleh Balatsky Department of Management was presented by teachers, the student director of SEI BIEM and students who were ready to share their own learning experience.

--page-0001Iana Kobushko, a lecturer of the department, took part in an online training for trainers from a series of educational webinars for local self-government bodies on financial and legal issues of managing health care facilities in wartime. The training took place within the framework of the USAID Project "Support for Health Care Reform", which is implemented by the Public Organization "BUSINESS EDUCATION".

4The choice of a profession is an important step in adult life. First of all, this is a responsibility to parents, to society, and most importantly to yourself! This responsibility consists in choosing your own path and following it with pleasure throughout your life!

On 05/24/23 Rybalchenko Svitlana Mykolaivna held an online meeting with students of the 10-B class of KU Sumy Specialized School I-III degrees No. 29. On 05/25/23 an online meeting was held with students of the 10-B class of KU Sumy Specialized School I-III degrees No. 29.

They discussed the biggest advantages of studying at Sumy State University, opportunities for international mobility and studying in English-speaking groups. Special attention was paid to specialties of the Department of Management named after O. Balatskyi.

The lecturers of the Department of Management, Anastasia Dmitrivna Nyesheva and Stanislav Ihorovych Kotenko, took part in the workshop "Practice of using artificial intelligence" from the Ukrainian investor, entrepreneur, expert on international financial markets and cryptocurrencies, financial advisor, founder of the Web3-university of future professions MYKHAIL PATSAN .

223.05.23, PhD Rybalchenko Svitlana Mykolaivna visited the students of the 11th grade of the Starosilsky Lyceum of the Nizhnysyrovat village council of the Sumy district of the Sumy region.

The main topics of communication were the specialties of the Department of Management named after O. Balatskyi and the opportunities of students of Sumy State University.
