On May 15, Senior Lecturer and participant of the Jean Monnet project “Smart energy cooperation in Europe: educational project for youth leaders” (101048079), Yuliya MATVYEYEVA took part in the XLII Scientific and Technical Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Institute of Mathematical Modelling in Energy named after H.E. Pukhov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv). The focus of the conference was the discussion of modern approaches to energy development, modelling of energy processes, and the implementation of sustainable development principles under conditions of digital transformation. Yuliia presented a publication entitled “The Impact of Digitalization on the Implementation of Carbon-Free Economy Principles”, which explored key digital tools as catalysts for the transition to a climate-neutral economy. The relevance of the research lies in the need to integrate innovative technologies to achieve the goals of the European Green Deal and to strengthen the role of youth in shaping responsible energy policy. The presented results contribute to the dissemination of the Jean Monnet project values related to sustainable development, energy awareness, and interregional cooperation.
