On March 11, a binary practice-oriented session was held at the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management of Sumy State University within the course “Human Resource Management” on the topic: “Career Management: Labor Market Requirements and Occupational Safety.”
The session featured an invited speaker — Andrii Andrieiev, Chief State Inspector of the Occupational Safety Department of the North-Eastern Interregional Office of the State Service of Ukraine on Labour.
Participants gained practical knowledge on current labor market requirements, career development strategies, compliance with occupational safety standards, and the role of state regulation in labor relations. Particular interest was generated by the practical cases and recommendations presented by the speaker, which contributed to a deeper understanding of professional challenges and enhanced students’ readiness for their future careers.
The session was organized with the participation of the course instructor, Vadym Lukianykhin, ensuring an effective integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
