The Department of Management named after O. Balatsky successfully held the defense of qualification theses by students pursuing the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education in Specialty 073 “Management”, full-time study mode, group M-21. The defenses took place from June 16 to June 19.
During the defense sessions, the students demonstrated solid knowledge in management, strategic management, human resource management, logistics, quality management, project management, and business digital transformation. The topics of the bachelor’s thesis projects covered current directions for the development of modern organizations and enterprises operating in a dynamic external environment.
Among the presented projects, particular attention was drawn to studies focused on managing the development of small businesses in creative industries, project-oriented management of non-governmental organizations, digital transformation of business processes, improvement of human resource and quality management systems, product competitiveness management, and the strategic development of enterprises.
The members of the Examination Committee highly appreciated the relevance of the selected topics, the practical orientation of the proposed recommendations, the high level of students’ preparation, and their ability to apply modern management tools to address real-world challenges faced by organizations and enterprises.
