SumDU Student Wins 2nd Place in the Final of the All-Ukrainian Intellectual Management Competition

Eduard Bohdan, a 2nd-year student of the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management at Sumy State University, secured 2nd place in the final stage of the All-Ukrainian Intellectual Competition among students majoring in 073 “Management.” The event brought together the strongest representatives from leading universities across Ukraine.

In the final, Eduard presented a research paper on the topic “Corporate Social Responsibility as a Tool for Enhancing Managerial Efficiency in the Context of Sustainable Development.” The study highlighted the potential of corporate social responsibility as a strategic resource for improving the quality of managerial decision-making amid the economic transition toward sustainable development. Eduard demonstrated a high level of knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to apply theory to address the practical challenges of today’s business environment.

His academic advisor, Associate Professor and PhD in Economics Svitlana Rybalchenko, provided invaluable guidance and professional support during the preparation process.
