On May 28th, higher education students specializing in economic fields, particularly "MANAGEMENT," "ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT," "PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATION," within the framework of the courses "Human Resource Management," "HR Management," and "Self-Management," participated in an open practice-oriented session. The key topics discussed included: Organization of military record keeping in the enterprise: where to start, who is responsible, and the role of HR management. Hiring personnel who are subject to military service - requirements. Interaction with Military Commissariats (TCCs), establishing cooperation. Employee reservation. Mobilization and demobilization of employees. Communication specifics. The engaging presentation and positive atmosphere in the online session sparked lively interest among the students, leading to many questions and animated discussions. We thank Iryna for sharing important and highly relevant information and practical experience with our students, especially as an alumna of our department.
