On October 17, 2023, a practical-oriented class was held for the students of the educational program “Project Management” by Ivan Glushko, the chief logistics manager of “Avias” LLC, a graduate of the above mentioned program. During the meeting, they discussed the features of creating the first project, the basic principles of the project manager's work, including initiation, planning and control of implementation of project works, interaction of project team members, etc.

The practical-oriented event was held within the framework of the discipline “Project Planning and Control”, teacher Alona Yevdokymova. We are grateful to Ivan Glushko for an interesting meeting, honest answers and insights into the work of a project manager. We are proud of the professionalism of our graduates!
