On October 26, 2023, students and lecturers of Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management took part in the round table “Features of the training of management personnel under martial law”. Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management of Sumy State University is a co-organizer of the round table together with the Flight Academy of the National Aviation University.

The directions of work of the round table are as follows: actualization of the issue of competitiveness of specialists in the modern labor market; issues of personnel development in the context of ensuring its competitiveness; trends, risks and determinants of socio-economic development of the organization in conditions of digital transformation; the problem of training competitive specialists under martial law. During the round table, many important issues have been discussed in accordance with the outlined directions.

One of the representatives of the Department of Management was PhD student Inna Balagurovska, who received a certificate of participation.
