On April 11, the winners of the first round of the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition presented the results of their research at a scientific conference organized by the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business, Economics, and Management (ESI BEM). The event was held in an incredibly friendly, warm, and comfortable atmosphere. Participants received certificates and gifts.
The Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky submitted research papers in the following fields of study: “Educational Management,” “Organizational Management,” “Project and Program Management,” and “Human Resource Management and Labor Economics.”
Students from various academic years participated in the competition, presenting works that covered a wide range of topics — from managerial aspects in education to innovative approaches in organizational and human resource management. The participants not only demonstrated a high level of theoretical knowledge but also proposed innovative solutions to current management challenges.
The winners of the first round of the competition in their respective fields were:
- Educational Management – Viktoriia Biloshapka (Group AMm-41), scientific advisor – Viktoriia Martynets;
- Organizational Management – Eduard Bohdan (Group M-31), scientific advisor – Yuliia Matvieieva;
- Project and Program Management – Serhii Shaparenko (Group UPm-31), scientific advisor – Aliona Yevdokymova;
- Human Resource Management and Labor Economics – Halyna Surmai (Group Mz-22-3s), scientific advisor – Vadym Lukianykhin.
