04/12/2024 first-year students of the department of management, together with marketing colleagues, attended a practice-oriented class dedicated to brand management and digital marketing. The invited lecturer was Nataliya Seleznyova, blogger, photographer, travel agent of Travel Check-IN company. She talked about her experience of running a business through the Internet and social networks, the specifics of developing a personal brand, shared SMM skills and gave good advice to students about this type of activity.

"My choice fell on this direction, because I always had a desire for foreign languages and learning about new cultures. That is why I also study in the English group at my alma mater. First, it is important to note the openness of the teachers and the dean's office of Sumy State University, as well as their willingness to provide support and help, which greatly simplified the process of solving issues with documents and transferring to an individual schedule. Secondly, it is quite interesting to compare the educational process, evaluation methods and the structure of the academic year.

On November 1, lecturers of the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management, Anastasia Nesheva and Victoria Sulym, conducted an educational quest for 11th graders of the Sumy Classical Gymnasium, the purpose of which was to to explain the basic principles of management.
The quest consisted of several stages that required coordination of efforts and effective communication between participants. They had the opportunity to complete a series of tasks that combined elements of a scientific approach, teamwork, and also contributed to the development of leadership qualities and the ability to make effective decisions in a limited time.
