On December 3-4, 2022, associate professor of Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management Tetyana Myboroda took part in the opening of the online course "Diplomacy: etiquette, protocol, business and intercultural communication" from the Expert Center"Diplomacy: International Relations, Etiquette, Protocol" under the support of the Ukrainian Foreign Policy Association. The course program is designed for two and a half months and includes modules on topical issues of diplomacy, etiquette and business style, diplomatic protocol, business and intercultural communication.
Our researchers Olga Dreval,Viktoriya Martynets, Yuliia Opanasiuk, Olena Pavlenko published the article " A Country’s Economic Growth and Rankings of Higher Education Institutions: Is There a Relationship?" in the magazine " TEM Journal "

On 18-19 November 2022 associate professor of Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management Tetyana Mayboroda took part in the first 2 days of training from the European Diplomatic Academy " Diplomatic Skills Masterclass". This training engaged 16 participants from various countries such as Great Britain, Albania, Poland, Georgia, Ireland, Azerbaijan, Turkey, South Africa, Cameroon, Austria, Saudi Arabia, Serbia and Montenegro.
According to the results of the student survey "The best teacher of the year", the assistant of the department of administration Nesheva Anastasia Dmytrivna was recognized as one of the best in Sumy State University. We congratulate her on such an achievement and wish her further success!
Teachers of Sumy State University (Oleksii Demikhov, PhD, senior lecturer of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky, and Nadiia Demikhova, DSc, professor of the Department of Family Medicine) participated in the academic mobility program ERASMUS+KA171 at the Tallinn University of Technology with teaching of the course "European experience in the formation and implementation of public policy in public health" on November 2-13, 2022. 
Associate professor of Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management Tetyana Mayboroda completed her participation at "Diplomatic Skills Masterclass" from European Diplomatic Academy which took place 18-19 and 25-16 November 2022. This was 19 edition of such Masterclass, in which took part participants from 16 countries, and where speakers and coaches are diplomats of high rank and recognized professionals of the Republic of Poland.
Ph.D., senior lecturers of the Department of Management Opanasyuk Yu.A. and Taraniuk K.V. took part in the conference "Problems of management science and research" (Klaipeda, Lithuania)
As part of the conference, a section was held for Ukrainian researchers in Ukrainian. It was modeled by Ukrainian scientists currently working at Klaipeda University.
The scientists exchanged their scientific works and discussed the topics of future research.
We hope for further cooperation with Lithuanian colleagues.
