During three winter months, the associate professor of O.Balatslkyi Department of Management took part in the online course "Diplomacy: etiquette, protocol, business and intercultural communication" from the Expert Center Diplomacy: international relations, protocol etiquette with the support of the Ukrainian Foreign Policy Association. The course took place from December 3, 2022 to February 26, 2023 - a total of 60 academic hours. Speakers and experts were Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine (President of UAZP Volodymyr Khandogii, Vice-President of UAZP Oleksandr Kupchyshyn, Yuri Sergeev, Volodymyr Yelchenko), lecturers of Taras Shevchenko Institute of International Relations of KNU, as well as GDIP Media Center specialists.
On Thursday, February 23, 2023, to the anniversary of russia's invasion of Ukraine, Tetyana Mayboroda, associate professor of the O.Balatskyi Department of Management held presented the project "russian-Ukrainian conflict: storytelling, impact on global relations and conflict management" . The project was prepared jointly with 3rd-year students of the "Management" specialty as part of the Global Virtual Class 2023 "International Relations and Global Leadership" with the partner Washington State University, USA.
The presentation aroused the lively interest of the international cohort of participants (USA, Georgia, Kosovo, etc.), an active discussion and a large number of words of support for Ukraine and Sumy State University.

Balatskyi Rybalchenko Svitlana Mykolaivna and the Regional Coordinator of Interaction with the Public of the Commissioner of the VRU for Human Rights in the Sumy Region Yezhkun Maryna Viktorivna organized an extremely informative and useful communication with students within the framework of the discipline "Strategic management with a meaningful module: Management of social work" on the topic "Accessible information for persons with disabilities in crisis situations and during humanitarian response". They talked about the conducted analysis, obtained indicators and recommendations for improving the situation within the framework of this issue.
