During three winter months, the associate professor of O.Balatslkyi Department of Management took part in the online course "Diplomacy: etiquette, protocol, business and intercultural communication" from the Expert Center Diplomacy: international relations, protocol etiquette with the support of the Ukrainian Foreign Policy Association. The course took place from December 3, 2022 to February 26, 2023 - a total of 60 academic hours. Speakers and experts were Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine (President of UAZP Volodymyr Khandogii, Vice-President of UAZP Oleksandr Kupchyshyn, Yuri Sergeev, Volodymyr Yelchenko), lecturers of Taras Shevchenko Institute of International Relations of KNU, as well as GDIP Media Center specialists.
On Thursday, February 23, 2023, to the anniversary of russia's invasion of Ukraine, Tetyana Mayboroda, associate professor of the O.Balatskyi Department of Management held presented the project "russian-Ukrainian conflict: storytelling, impact on global relations and conflict management" . The project was prepared jointly with 3rd-year students of the "Management" specialty as part of the Global Virtual Class 2023 "International Relations and Global Leadership" with the partner Washington State University, USA.
The presentation aroused the lively interest of the international cohort of participants (USA, Georgia, Kosovo, etc.), an active discussion and a large number of words of support for Ukraine and Sumy State University.

10.03.23 at 16.00 Ph.D. Rybalchenko Svitlana Mykolaivna communicated with students of the 10-A, 10-B and 11th grades of the Communal Institution of the Sumy Regional Council - Glukhiv Lyceum Boarding School with enhanced military and physical training.
They talked about the next stage in life, namely admission and study in higher educational institutions of Ukraine, about the process of choosing a specialty and its relevance in the future.

On Tuesday, March 7, lecturers of the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management Tetyana Mayboroda (discipline "Management of conflicts and changes in the organization" and Stanislav Kotenko (discipline "Investment management") held offline classes with students of the third year of the specialty "Management". After years and months online live communication caused an incredible amount of emotions, discussions, jokes and serious topics for discussion! Once again, we were convinced that our students are incredible!
On February 4, 2023, another stage of the School of Leaders of Change took place, in which the head of the Department of Management named after O. F. Balatskyi, Doctor of Economics, Prof. Ihor Ivanovych Rekunenko substantiated the need to reveal the potential of each individual. Volodymyr Lobodin (director of the "Manufactura" shopping center) shared his personal experience of the formation and development of leadership qualities. Vladyslav Dibrova (head of the Sumy youth organization) spoke about methods and algorithms for identifying and implementing leadership abilities. And Darina Kichko, a first-year student of the "Management" specialty (participant of the 2020 SHLС) shared opportunities for developing leadership skills.Thank you to the speakers and participants for the excellent and effective communication!!!
On February 24, 2023, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Assistant of the Department of Management named after O. Balatskyi Rybalchenko Svitlana Mykolaivna and the Regional Coordinator of Interaction with the Public of the Commissioner of the VRU for Human Rights in the Sumy Region Yezhkun Maryna Viktorivna organized an extremely informative and useful communication with students within the framework of the discipline "Strategic management with a meaningful module: Management of social work" on the topic "Accessible information for persons with disabilities in crisis situations and during humanitarian response". They talked about the conducted analysis, obtained indicators and recommendations for improving the situation within the framework of this issue.
